This bathroom serves as both the primary bath and the main guest bathroom in a charming 1930s bungalow, so it was essential that the design feel luxurious yet appropriate to the home’s simple, historic character. We approached the remodel with function at the forefront, ensuring it would serve guests, homeowners, and their growing family with ease. A deep drop-in tub anchors the space, wrapped in a soft grey-green tile surround that brings subtle depth and color. To add interest, we incorporated soldier-stacked tile detailing along the upper and lower rows and carried the tile throughout the room for a cohesive feel. As in many of our projects, we thoughtfully sourced vintage art, cabinetry, and accessories lend warmth and personality, while a floral curtain introduces a playful, feminine touch. The result is a timeless bungalow bathroom remodel that feels special, functional, and full of character.
